The fabric of universes is getting thin and taring in spots, letting people and... things through to a magically untouched, virgin if you will, universe of Certo.
Being in a realm where their kinds do not exist, the creatures are having a hard time concealing themselves and learning the ways of this world for the supernatural happens quite differently here. Many feel lonely, having lost their family, clans, children, and friends so they seek to create others of their kind to be around. This world full of dull and drab humans is being filled with magic, beasts, and new fights.
Where will your character end up? Turned into a Vampire? Bitten by a werewolf? Blessed by an Angel and given powers? Cursed by a Demon? Killed and turned into an Angel or demon? You decide.

The Species
Certo Certo is a world devoid of magic/supernatural beings until rifts have started to open in large cities to let creatures and supernatural persons in. The laws of this world and the way abilities work are strange and new to the immigrants. Though they were once strong and powerful in their old world, they now have to relearn how to be the species they are. Human Senex
Senex is a world in the middle of a great war between vampire and werewolf. Humans are rare and are used as food, slaves, and to be made into younglings. The world was once ruled over by two Gods; Dra, the god of night, and Nu, the goddess of the moon. They were the children of Sol, the god of the sun, and had eliminated all other deities. Rules Making a Character - Profile First You must complete a profile before you are able to role play the character. It must be approved before you can join any thread in Cetero as that character. This seems a bit extreme but it is to make sure that we don't get an Edward Cullen or something of the sort running around. Our staff strives to be prompt in getting your applications approved.
- Species For every two supernatural characters from other worlds you will be required to take on a human from Cetero. This means if you have a Vampire from Senex and a Werewolf from Senex, you will have to make a human from Cetero if you are going to make another supernatural character. The human can be turned into another supernatural being but it must start as human from our new world.
Character Leveling - Balance No character can be 5 levels above the next closest character. For example, if you have a Vampire that is level 15 your Werewolf cannot be over level 20 until your Vampire levels up. Mundane humans are the only exception since they do not level.
- Request You cannot just assume your character has leveled. You must make a formal request in the request forum to have a moderator add the stats to your character's profile. We are generally very fast in completing these requests.
- Leveling and Posting Once you have started a thread, your character is stuck at the level it started with while in that thread unless the thread owner or gm allows it. This means if you joined thread A at level 1, while writing in that thread your character is always level 1. If you join another thread your character will be its current level.
Playing Your Character - No Gary/Mary Sues These are characters that are overly perfect. Too pretty/handsome, too powerful, too socially acceptable, ect. They can also be characters that have overly exaggerated weaknesses or problems or have weaknesses that are ignored. If your character is blind, they cannot have an advanced sight that allows them to see everything just as well as if they had eyes. If they are blind, they are blind and have other senses that aid but not replace sight.
- Godmoding is a no-no Obviously, everyone doesn't want their character to be beaten by others, but we must play fair. We have a dice system for this so your character cannot automatically hit others. If you are to fight with others in any way, you must use our dice system.
- Placement Your character is welcome to be in many different threads at a time, no more than four at a time, however. If you haven't finished role playing in a thread, those events cannot be referenced in another thread. It is as if it has not happened yet. We suggest you keep your character to one thread at a time in open world to make it easier to keep track of those types of storylines.
General Etiquette - Be Polite OOC Remember, just because a character hates one of yours it is just a character. Don't move that agro into real life or to the character's owner. The character author is not the character.
- Be Active Others are waiting for you so don't make them wait long. We understand that you have real life obligations but it only takes a few minutes to write up a post. Please be active and don't leave others hanging.
- Know Your Limits Don't take on more characters, story arcs, or responsibilities than you know you can handle. Things become unfun very fast if you get overwhelmed by what needs to be done.
